really good courtesy wide variety tasty croissants
the ground staff displayed really good courtesy , attentiveness, and accommodation. the cafe personnel kindly accommodated a last-minute location change for our afternoon tea. i appreciated the wide variety of choices offered for breakfast in the restaurant. the breakfast croissants were very tasty.
i noticed some wear and tear , specifically some knocked about walls in my room.

my room was bright and large , with a spacious bathroom. the bathroom was luxurious , including a comfortable bed and a nice bolster. a coffee maker was in the room , accompanied by a big television.

the premier suite was very spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks. breakfast included eastern, western, and mixed food stations.
i found the air conditioning in common areas a bit too cold.

dated rooms mould
the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from.
i stayed here recently and noticed the hotel is showing wear. the rooms need an update as walls and carpets look dated. the bathrooms also look tired with some mould inside the shower.

majorly amazing!
big room comfort bed friendly staff
the room was big! it had comfort. interior design are good! i liked the cleanliness! breakfast, so many options. staff, super warm and friendly. i totally loved my stay. bed also was so cozy! i enjoyed the bathtub in my room and the bathroom was spacy! i want to come back soon!
tv reception was a little fuzzy sometimes, but it worked.

the pool features a large sun deck area. there are many lounge chairs around the pool. i saw a modern fitness center with treadmills and weights. this area is well kept.

the main restaurant includes both buffet and a la carte choices. breakfast hours extended until 10:30 am on weekends. i saw the cafe that features live music during dinner. it was good quality.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to central areas. shuttle runs every 30 minutes, i believe. taxis are readily available just outside the main entrance. easy to get around town from here.

The hotel exterior displays aesthetics, complemented by a high-class interior. I found the room clean, with comfy bedding and pillows. The breakfast buffet provided MANY varieties of food and dessert.
