the ground staff displayed really good courtesy , attentiveness, and accommodation. the cafe personnel kindly accommodated a last-minute location change for our afternoon tea. i appreciated the wide variety of choices offered for breakfast in the restaurant. the breakfast croissants were very tasty.
i noticed some wear and tear , specifically some knocked about walls in my room.

my room was bright and large , featuring a spacious bathroom. the bathroom was exceptionally luxurious , including a comfortable bed and a nice bolster. a coffee maker was in the room , accompanied by a big television.

i stayed here recently and noticed the hotel is showing wear. the rooms need an update as walls and carpets look dated. the bathrooms also look tired with some mould inside the shower.

The room was really spacious! i loved the amazing bathtub and the kind staff. They were so attentive. breakfast was good too, we loved the varieties of food.
The checkin procedure was not good. i waited for 2.5 hours to get the room! there were no teaspoons or enough towels in the room. That wasn't fun. the provided towels had holes too. I didn't expect this.

the room was big! it had comfort. interior design are good! i liked the cleanliness! breakfast, so many options. staff, super warm and friendly. i totally loved my stay. bed also was so cozy! i enjoyed the bathtub in my room and the bathroom was spacy! i want to come back soon!
tv reception was a little fuzzy sometimes, but it worked.
